Overview

Elevation Hotel & Spa is a ski-in/ski-out luxury resort.There are numerous lodging types that all include clean lines and chic finishes, including large LCD flat panel TV, granite kitchenettes, entertainment areas and more. Onsite dining includes 9380 Prime, and parents will love the full-service Elevation Spa & High Altitude Fitness Center. There is a convenient overnight ski valet. Families also enjoy the outdoor bar with fire pit, in-suite dining, free Wi-Fi, indoor heated pool and hot tub and outdoor hot tubs, Kid Zone, free public shuttle and more.

Rooms range from a king or double queen suite to a Presidential suite. Amenities in the deluxe queen or king begin with a resort kitchenette with a microwave, under-counter refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffeemaker, granite countertops and stone tile floors. A vessel sink and soaker bathtub complete the bathroom. Each bed includes a luxury pillowtop mattress, high thread count linens and faux down comforters and pillows. Every room has one HDTV flat screen television with all digital programming, outdoor balcony, complimentary high speed wireless internet, personal safe, robes, iron and ironing board.

Anniversary trip

Go elsewhere. Terrible place and everything is extra. Have to pay extra for parking. Pool was broken. Restaurant was pricey and awful. You had to go through an app to order even if you wanted to eat in the restaurant. The layout of the room was terrible. Towel hanger on bathroom door and husband hit his head 3 times. Fridge wasn't working properly. Cabinets above microwave required you to be 7 feet tall to reach. Maids did a terrible job. Several days they didn't do anything. Hotel very noisy, walls very thin. Worst hotel I have stayed in. If you needed anything you have to go on line and order it. Can't even call the front desk. Do not stay here.

Overall a nice stay, but...

Overall, we had a good experience here, that was until we went to the sauna. There were three nails sticking up in the floorboards toward the heating unit, one of which, my wife stepped on. When we told the front desk, they didn't seem to care much.
