The Westin Snowmass Resort (formerly the Silvertree Hotel) is conveniently located in the center of Snowmass Village, just steps away from several restaurants. It also provides ski-in, ski-out access.

The hotel houses 254 guest rooms with chic, modern furnishings and balconies. The Traditional Double Queen Guest Room is best for families, and all units include refrigerators, flat-screen TV’s, in-room movies, secondary door locks, and roll-away beds and cribs upon request. Spot is welcome (for an additional fee) and pet beds are available. The hotel provides wireless Internet access for a fee per day.

Parents will appreciate the fitness center and spa, which provides standard (yet exceptional) services, such as massages, Paraffin treatments and waxing.

Off season - still good

We recently came over from Australia to stay in Aspen for a few nights as we had never been before. Although we knew it was off season we didn't realise EVERYTHING would be closed during our short stay. We were quite upset, however thanks to the awesome staff at the Westin we actually had amazing time. Dylan (concerige desk) & the transport/valet guy who worked everyday were absolutely standouts. Great customer service, found us things we could do, friendly, engaging and made our time fun. Food was yummy too maybe a little pricey. Highly recommended staying here for location & service.

Superior Customer Service

10 STARS. One of my biggest critiques is based on customer service. I can't say enough how much I was impressed by all my interactions with each and every employee during my stay. There was an unprecedented consistent out pouring of hospitality from each and every employee. This not only made my already enjoyable trip great, but paired well with the amazing food from their onsite restaurant, strong selection of wine and spirits, and comforting room amenities beyond necessary. Each employee shared recommendations of where to go or what to do, but I'd like to recognize a certain employee at the front concierge, Dylan. Dylan is the standard for exemplary costumer service, and I'm hopeful a high level of management will see this post and recognize Dylan. Dylan I appreciate you going above and beyond to make my stay a great one.
