Drew is a rock-star!!!!!!!

by Paradise02929749415

Drew as always, makes us feel very welcomed and makes sure everything is as it should be. Great room, appreciate the gentleman scraping the parking lot and sidewalks in the snow.

This is a great hotel to stay at!

great place/ amazing service

I was in the area as a lecturer at a government facility and this hotel came recommended. My room was large , great bedroom, large windows , wardrober etc. Had the shower bath combo with two door entry. Although I was traveling alone on this trip I often travel with my husband and we sleep different times. This room configuration is really good because you have a living room/kitchen that you can shut a door to divide from the bedroom. You have bathroom access from both rooms. The bathroom is standard size with a tub/shower combo, but you have an extra sink vanity in the bedroom in case one person wants the bathroom and someone else still need the sink or toiletries. They have snacks at happy hour and a breakfast. I am a hilton honors member so my wifi was free and I got some bottled water which was a nice gift (when the heat is on I like to carry water around). They have a pool and hottub as well as a fitness center with several pieces of fairly new equipment and a restaurant on premises. But what was exceptional was Drew and Brandon (Brendon-hope I don't butcher your name). They were helpful with everything , accomodating and very congenial, I hope Hilton /Embassy suites knows what great staff they have. One of my team had flight cancellation problem and had to seek alternate flights, and transportation to the airport. Thankfully, our hosts helped with everything we needed, not to mention area advice for eating, an the occasional text reminder in case we needed anything at all. Thank you for a great work stay. I expect to be back and will definitely be stayihg here again. The only thing I might caution is that the atrium in the center of the building gets a little loud during the dinner and breakfast hours, not really a problem, since you can turn on the tv to drown it our-- if you aren't sleeping odd shifts, otherwise no problems.
