I had a pretty good experience here. I received a diamond upgrade to a two floor loft suite with balcony on the top floor. The room was very clean, although a few of the lights or lightbulbs were broken. The front desk gave a goodie bag to its diamond members with bottled water and snacks-this was in addition to the diamond gift that one can selected. The breakfast and reception were fine-run if the milk for the chain.
No complaints about the hotel itself what so ever. Clean, good breakfast, helpful/polite staff. However, the parking garage is very unclean. The stair way was dirty (I will not even go into detail.. I will just say VERY dirty) and the elevators were unclean and did not seem in good condition.
