Leadership Conference

Check-in was easy. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.Food and drinks were reasonable priced and service was good. Location was good and no major concerns with safety as we walked the exterior area of to explore. I would recommend this hotel.

Very Dissatisfied

Having to go to the hospital we decided to book a trip to the Embassy Hotel. Walking inside was beautiful. Going inside to my room was when the disaster hit. The walls were peeling, the shower had a whole bunch of purple stuff on the curtains, the sink had tooth paste smudges everywhere, the chair cushion in the living room had sperm on it. It was absolutely disgusting to take my family too. We really wanted to try this hotel because of the location and having a pool. I called the staff twice before booking and they did not once inform me that the pool was closed for getting remodeled. We wanted a stress relief but our room was disgusting and sad there was no pool to relax in.
