Over Charged and Bug/Roach issue

We were overcharged at the end of our stay. Our receipt at check out said one amount but later when I return home and check my online account we were actually charged more for the room. Very upset about that. And we had a bug/roach incident in our hotel room.

Great visit to Gainesville this past weekend

We stayed at the Fairfield on Browns Bridge in Gainesville. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was good for restaurants and clothes shopping. We ate at Longhorns and Atlanta Highway Seafood. Both met expectations.
The in house breakfasts at the Fairfield was fresh and good, plenty of hot coffee.
