Fabulous Stay

by 824valerief

Without a doubt this was the best resort stay I have ever enjoyed.

We were in the Gold area and appreciated the top notch cuisine at breakfasts, during snacks and desserts.

Every detail of a guest’s needs were anticipated in rooms from bath pillows to slippers and comfy robes.

Great location for walking and shopping. Superb pool area. Gorgeous art and floral decorations throughout. Consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.

Special thanks to Chef Rob and Chef Ira for coordinating the urban gardening and culinary workshops for all ages.

A great way to start the summer - Discover Whistler!

by UpForAdventures

It was our first visit to Whistler. Flew into Vancouver, drove the amazing Sea To Sky Highway, and was delighted to arrive at this beautiful property. The mountain views are amazing and hiking trails were fun. Although known as a ski destination, there's plenty to do in the warm weather. A highlight was taking the gondola, right outside the hotel door, up Blackcomb, and then across to Whistler. Spectacular scenery and great hiking with wildflowers in bloom. Played several rounds of golf. Also took advantage of the Yoga classes. We had a room that looked out on the mountain, and also the lifts and some shops. It was spacious yet had the cozy lodge feel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had good food in the restaurants, and liked the bar in the evening, which had live music. Had a great time in the mountains of Canada, and would love to go back to the Fairmont!
