Fern Bouquette Inn was very dirty. I found it unhygienic to have parrots in our eating facility, especially when the chef would touch the parrots then prepare our breakfast without washing his hands.

The room was grimy, the bed sheets were stained and the waterflow from the showers and taps was merely a trickle of water. I had been travelling for over 10 hours and I was unable to clean myself which put the stay to a bad start

It was annoying to hear that the hotel owner had not paid their bills which meant we had no wifi or water flow. I had paid for a clean room and wifi therefore, the hotel should provide this as advertised.

Hotel is cheat

We have booked this hotel well in advance and paid the money as well. While came to location, the hotel is in renovation. Their is no one to talk to. We felt cheated. There was no communication from them and no one care to inform us. Never book this type of cheat hotel.
