Older hotel, room was good. Walls were thin you could here all the sounds. Gym was just weights with 2 bikes and running machines. Location was good,it was close to downtown. Breakfast was good included
All Marriot are going to soap dispenser, they are to high up for the older people. This could be a problem

In town for Anniversary

The rooms are very clean and a nice hotel close to where we wanted. When we checked in, I asked for a softer bed as I have hip problems. I was assured the beds were very comfortable. It was one of the worst beds I have ever slept in. If you like a firm mattress you will love it. If you was a more plush mattress, go somewhere else. I could sleep on the floor more comfortable. Even my husband, who likes a harder mattress, said it was uncomfortable and he could feel the springs in the bed. When I told the front desk the next morning, the house keeping manager was at the front desk too, and she proceeded to tell me her and another lady that worked there didn't have any problems on the ones they slept on last night and they NEVER had complaints about their mattress. WOW, Nice customer service. I am sure I am not the only one to EVER complain about a stay. So, I explained I was letting them know so that if another customer comes in and wants a soft bed, they don't have them. The pillows, to me, were great though. And again, very clean, but I won't stay again due to the rude staff and uncomfortable beds. I felt like they had no concern for the customer.
