The Oliver Hotel nestles in a yesteryear building – circa 1876 – that’s been beautifully brought back to modern life. This luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Knoxville features two queen beds with 450 square feet, a queen room with two to 300 square feet, and a king room with three to 350 square feet.
Rooms come with in-room coffee, a mini-fridge, and robes. The property also offers free Wi-Fi and a free light breakfast. The Oliver offers two onsite restaurants and a cool bar with cushy seating and a gorgeous fireplace. The hotel doesn’t have a fitness room, but offers passes to the YMCA that sits a block away. There is a fee for valet parking but the self-parking garage next door is free on the weekends.
The Oliver Hotel is 3.6-miles to The Muse (Children’s Museum), six-miles to the Knoxville Zoo, 3.8-miles to the Ijams Nature Center and Navitat Canopy Adventures and three-minute walk to Tennessee Theater.

Super cool hotel with a spectacular restaurant and separate bar attached. Had the ramen twice and the bar (speakeasy) has a killer old fashioned and def get the meat and cheese plate.
The rooms were clean and cool, funky decorations. Staff was super helpful and you can tell love the hotel and what they do. Downtown Knoxville is a really cool place to visit. I would highly recommend this place and this hotel.
They give you day passes to the local YMCA (which is a beautiful location and restored old building with a ton of great equipment).
If you come to Knoxville don’t stay anywhere else.

The Oliver staff makes the extra efforts to provide value to guests. Local snacks and creative options for in-room refreshments, comfy beds, great advice for experiencing local color. Walking distance to everything, but can't wait to get home away from home at the end of a fun day of exploring.
