Over a 10-day trip to Texas, this hotel had the most comfortable beds by far. Airport is just a mile away and free shuttle service made it easy to get in and out. Walmart located about a mile away with gas station to fill up rental car. Applebee’s restaurant across the street was fine for dinner. Other nearby restaurants include Logan’s Roadhouse and Cracker Barrel, both about 200 yards walk. The Sheraton offers a free breakfast for Platinum members. It was freshly made and good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed a night upon late arrival, and again another night for early departure. Free parking and not much road noise. Slept well in good beds both times. If you need a close airport hotel, this one works fine. Shuttle pickup between B 21-22 on the arrival/baggage claim level. You need to call hotel for shuttle pick up and expect to wait 20 minutes or so.
We always love Sheraton Four Points and this was no exception. The room was good, as was the free coffee in the lobby when my sister and brother-in-law would gather in the morning before doing our touring. I know that it is a corporate policy, but it would be great if a free breakfast was offered. My husband and I were going to a cousin's wedding, and Lisa whom I believe was the manager was very kind and sweet in checking how I was dressed for a Texas wedding in October. We all enjoyed seeing and chatting with Lisa daily. My sister had a problem with her room and Lisa did a great job taking care of the issue and taking care of my sister. I was worried that the hotel would be noisy but it was fine. Bravo to Lisa!
