New employee estephanie provided the worst service I have ever experienced.

by Jose O. G

I've always felt welcome here and seen exceptional service until this week, a new employee was short over the phone said very little when I arrived and made little attempt to answer my questions or accommodate my requests. I've been staying there for years and am a priority guest this was the first time I was placed in one of the worst rooms.

Consistently clean, friendly place with good food

Stayed yet again at this airport hotel in San Antonio. While I am not crazy about the changes to the Starwood program that Marriott is making, the staff at this hotel more than make up for the negative reward changes. We had a good dinner and good wine for a very reasonable price. Then took the shuttle to the airport very early, but the shuttle was right on time.
