Great Hotel with ample free transportation to downtown. No airport shuttle, but taxi available. The only issue we had was with the bed mattress. It was not comfortable at all....no place like your home bed.

So I'll cut the long story short. It took us over 2 days to get from london heathrow to miami after cancelled flights and stress from missing connecting flights from atlanta to miami.

However on FINALLY arriving to the keys we spoke to the supervisor working that evening (November 8th) I think his name was Chris. He couldn't have been more helpful. After the stress of our travel nightmare he really did sort everything for us promptly and finally we could start our holiday.

As for the hotel I cannot fault it. A free shuttle to Mallory square was great - every 30mins in the afternoon and on the hour in the morning.

Happy hour at the bar was great. Room was modern with a good shower and flat screen TV with all the sports channels. I got to watch all the premier league football.

I rarely write long reviews like this but i feel this hotel honestly deserves it.
