Had the most amazing time being here. its a very BIG and beautiful place as amazing as it could be with the most amazing views in BALI.And the last but not the least the STAFF in there is the ever SMILING and the most friendly staff i have been with till now and last but not the least the restaurant staff the bar guys Are just legends and will help you with anything they can. ARY ,BUDI ,UNI,DIMAS will make you smile in any possible way they can ! anytime i am going to bali this is the pLace m gonna stay at with no second choice .

We have stay for 2 nights for my nephews wedding 20th Oct 2019.
My check in ..just okey . It is nothing special n my wife sister was unlucky. It was waiting two hours to get the room. Our breakfast & wedding Dinner were worst . First day my breakfast was really frustrating everything was empty in the buffet & took age's time to refill it & after that i went to egg station & waited too long times . It is really disappointed!!
Our breakfast second days was more worse again at 08hr00 ..No Coffee !
So i went to cappucino counter but the person incharged said only for Gold member can have this Coffe . I said no coffee in your buffet !!
So waiting for a while and finally coffee coming.
I was disappointed again that coffee was not strain and still alot of pulp .
The wedding buffet also worse in the middle of service 80% of food were empthy .They try to refilled it but really late . I have no appetite anymore!!!
It was sooo disappointed.
Other staff specially housekkeping was very good and alot staff from other outlets were found with greeting & smile .
