We came up to Saugatuck mainly to visit Oval Beach on Lake Michigan but ended up spending more time on the small lake at the resort. Cottage #6 was clean, with nicer beds than I have at home, and a lovely little screened porch to leave our beach stuff in. We contacted the office at check-in for a minor issue and a question, the property manager came by and all was resolved quickly. The boats and kayaks down at Goshorn lake are a nice amenity, and it's so quiet and peaceful out on the lake without the noise of motorboats and jetskis! The pool on site was clean, and heated. You're within 10 minutes driving distance of about anything you'd want to do in the area. If you have kids, also check out the Outdoor Discovery Center, it's free and very fun.

This is the PERFECT place for 4 couples or vacations with extended family!!!! The view of the lake is spectacular. The house is so beautifully decorated with every amenity you would need. This is the 6th time we have been here and have so much fun each time! There is a closet full of jigsaw puzzles for rainy days or the garage attic has ping pong and foosball if you want to play games. There is something for everyone!!!
