A Hampton with a view

by smmiller57

We almost always enjoy Hampton Inns and this was no exception. We were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony facing the bay. It was rainy and windy but we still enjoyed the view. They made us feel welcome and comfortable and that is appreciated after a 7 hour drive.

Customer service was horrible

by jjohnston11687

We booked the room for a wedding, instead of being given the wedding discount we were given the Hilton honors discount which was still much higher than the wedding group discount. The manager Ashley was rude and no help at all. This happened to another guest in our group and he called the customer service number and they fixed it for him. When I called I was told there was nothing that could be done. I filed a complaint and was told someone would reach out to rectify the situation, but no one ever did. We have stayed at other Hampton inns and their breakfast included much nicer breakfast choices and a little healthier than just eggs and sausages.
