Bad maid service. Deceiving pictures. Not what I thought I was getting AT ALL. Just paid the same price for a different Hilton property elsewhere and that was worlds beyond this, it felt and acted like a Hilton property. This was not that. This felt like a remodeled old super 8 or something, and the remodel even felt old. First day we had amazing maid service for the three days after that it was the worst maid service I have received at a Hilton property. We had a family suite and it was simply not what it looked like online. Pool is simple, nothing. Come on we are in Tucson AZ you cant jazz up the pool a bit? Happy they had one at least. Breakfast was more on par with a breakfast at La Quinta or similar. The smoothies were good and I have not seen those elsewhere I will say that. Otherwise again not what I am used to with Hilton properties. I don't understand why they cant put out eggs, a meat protein and a potato each day? It is the basic plated breakfast yet every day it is a meat and eggs of some kind or eggs and a potato. Come on potatoes aren't that much. My kids refused to eat the breakfast here after they realized it was not like the location we stayed at in Santa Clara (for the same price). The hubby and i just grazed over it and we all had to get breakfast elsewhere. Wanted to stay at El conquistador but they were out of the size casita we needed for the dates. This was closer to family and a Hilton property so was chosen. Wont be choosing it again. If you want a decent clean bed and ok breakfast as like a single traveler for a night this is fine. But not for a family, not for a vacation of any kind. Nope.

Boy did we need sleep! We had drove from Rio Grande Valley and stopped over night in Tucson on way to Las. Vegas. Too many hotels had informed us they didn’t allow early check in and finally the Hilton representice tried this Hampton and got the angel of our day HALEY; she saved us and told us to come right on over. The room was awesome! Loved hallway with bathroom as opposed to bathroom in bedroom. If we ever get back there we will definitely stay again!
