Youth hockey games

by hlquig

Upon entering the hotel lobby on Friday night, I was greeted by Benji (I think that was what his name tag said). Benji asked if I had been made aware of the flooding issues they were dealing with. I had not been informed and told him so. I asked about a roll away as there are 5 of us. Benji informed me that, due to the flooding, there were no roll away beds available. When I explained that I needed to sleep 5 people, Benji jumped in to action, finding an additional room for us at a very reasonable price. The second room was added on and we checked in. My only "complaint" (for lack of a better word) was that the second room was on the third floor while the room I originally reserved was on the ground floor - big deal, right?

Problem at the hotel

by Graciehira

There was a flood at the hotel. The hotel should have been shut down until all was remedied. Two days in advance I was told to check in. At that time I would have appreciated knowing about the flood problem. No apologies were given by the staff about the problem. Do not wish to return to this location.
