Needs work

The night we got in our keys were made for us and ready to go. But got the room and the floors in the bathroom were so sticky almost as if maple syrup was poured on to them. Called the front desk and the immediately gave us a new room. Went down waited a little over 5 minutes for the front desk agent who I could hear talking to someone else in the back. Gave me the keys and went to our new room and the sliding barn door for the restroom didnt close all the way it would open about an inch each way so one of us had to close the door while someone else put a bag so it wouldn't move. Breakfast was okay nothing great. Went about 9am and it looks like they figured to let it run out sense it was the last hour. Which there was roughly 10 different people trying to take little portions so everyone else could get some. The lady taking care of the station just kept doing her thing even though she knew people were getting every crumb of egg to make themselves a plate. ONLY GREAT THING was the guy who checked us in he was very nice and responsive other then that probably the worst Hampton inn I've ever stayed at.

Loud hotel

We were booked room 143. Busy intersections on both sides. Outdoor open and closed all night across from room. Garbage truck came early in morning. Buses parked in back and ran on and off during night. When asked to move we were going to be given 4th floor next to elevator that would have been used by high schoolers all night. Refrigerator froze everything and was told to move it out and adjust, no maintenance had to do ourselves. Bed had a indent in middle has sunken. Do drawers to put clothes in so had to have suitcase open to get to clothes. Do not stay if you want sleep.
