Great stay! Customer service was wonderful by entire staff, Kundra was terrific. Very comfortable beds, great breakfast and very clean. Close and Easy access to I75 with multitude of good restaurants close by. Overall experience was wonderful. Will be staying there on future trips.

My family and I have stayed at this location two previous times prior to Oct. 11-13. I am speaking on behalf of my sister, mother and I...we will never in life stay here again! There were hundreds of special needs athletes that were participating at freedom park that weekend. Our room was accused of damaging multiple towels with feces! I was livid when my sister said that she was charged a fee. None of us have special needs nor would we use white towels to dispose of such! We were blamed and we would have informed the front desk if we needed toilet tissue. We frequent Hampton Inns across the globe and would never ever stoop this low! My sister was in tears when she told me what happened! Bottom line is whichever housekeeper had our floor, TOTALLY logged the wrong room! Managers, etc... agreed that we were at fault! From lower to upper management, I will continuously post a negative review for this location everytime I think about how this experience has left a never ending bad vibe! WE WERE FALSELY ACCUSED AND I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS VISIT!
