Wonderful service

by Janesmith32865

We were just traveling through, when we were experiencing car trouble. Because it was late, we decided to stay the night. The remote to the TV wasn't working, however, when we called the desk a representative arrived at our room moments later, fixed the minor issue, and left. The breakfast was wonderful, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, smoothies, coffee, assorted breads, yogurt. All wonderful.

Bugs, stains, terrible staff, and a rock hard bed.

Nobody would answer the phone when I called about the stink bugs on the bed. There were stains on the ceiling and floor. I've never felt such a rock hard bed. When checking out I told the clerk about my terrible night and she said Oh that's too bad. AVOID
