Heliconia is situated right on the centre of Jl Seminyak, it is super convenient. A little oasis on the bustling and busy street. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous, no matter what time of the day you met them. However, the villa is small, well, you can only trade convenience with size. The property and the furniture are old and tired. The room has a musty smell (probably was from the wooden furniture and the wallpaper rather than the sheets), the breakfast which came with the room was not good, we decided not to skip it and went out real breakfast in the numerous coffee shops out on the street. It would help a lot if they paint the rooms once in a while and use new towels. Such a waste of the good location if it is not a popular villa.

Disgustingly dirty, towels that were supposed to white were grey, bed sheets the same, they didn't change sheets, bathroom shower walls filthy, pillow cases dated 2016, bed head filthy????,checked out 2 days to go of stay at a loss, paid extra for a clean hotel. Only positive was location
