Overview

In York, Pennsylvania, the Heritage Hills Golf Resort & Conference Center features two 18-hole championship golf courses… and a whole lot more. Other amenities include a spa, mini-golf (and an ice cream shop right next to the course!), a swimming pool (five minutes from the resort), and a seasonal kids’ camp. In the winter, there’s also snow tubing and ice skating at AvalancheXpress!

There are two onsite restaurants, as well. Knickers Pub serves soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers and the like in a casual setting, while Oak Restaurant is slightly more upscale (but not too upscale for kids). Room service is also available 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday to Thursday, and until 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Guestrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, mini-fridges and microwaves.

The Heritage Hills Golf Resort & Conference Center is located within an hour’s drive of Baltimore, Maryland.

No Customer Service or Management, Not Clean & Broken Amenities. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

by 570sah

This place is an absolute dump and looks like it hasn't had an update or deep cleaning since the 70's. I had a nightmare visit in April 2019. A single elevator was only working requiring long waits to get to your soom.
My room had a phone that did not work, a clock that could not be reprogrammed showing the time before daylight savings (over 1 month prior) and had a malfunctioning microwave beeping and flashing 11:11 at 1am without being touched. the microwave was installed in a built in cabinet and could not be unplugged.
I requested to have my room changed out of 308 due to the faulty amenities in the room. The attendant blatantly lied to me stating they were sold out when they weren't. I demanded to speak to a manager and their manager "was off" for the weekend. I requested to speak to the maintenance person on call to be contacted. after contacting him, suddenly a room became available. The room I was switched to (206) was dirty!
hair on the pillows.
dust built up on the lampshade.
lipstick on the bed spread.
desk chair looked like someone peed on it.
and there was filth all around the TV.
I slept in my car!
The next morning, when I went to retrieve my belongings, both of their elevators were broken requiring guests to carry suitcases down multiple flights of stairs. after checking out, I attempted to get in touch with a manager 7 times over the next 4 days. I filed a chargeback with my credit card due to the breach of agreement for services. my credit card agreed with me and refunded the money. I also attempted to cancel my reservation for June back in April and apparently their staff is incapable of performing simple job tasks.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. There is no hospitality here. Management is non existant and your issues with your stay DO NOT MATTER to them. Go to the Hampton Inn. Go to a Marriott. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS DUMP!

Hotel is nasty, bars / restaurant great

by TravelWarrior12345

Stay here yearly. Hotel is in massive need of remodel and much better room keeping. Look under and behind things, dust bunnies galore. Flares my allergies every time. That being said, the bars and restaurants are pretty good.
