Everything about the hotel was perfect. The staff were so friendly yet very professional, the restaurant and bar catered for every taste, and there is a beautiful outdoor seated area too. The rooms are spotless with all amenities you need, and very comfortable beds. There is a rooftop pool which overlooks the local area with lovely mountain views, plus a gym next to the pool. There is also a shopping plaza just a short walk across the road. If you ever go to Rio, this is the place to stay! 5+ stars from me!

( It’s not just about rooms and food that makes this Hilton special....)

I travelled to Rio from Hawaii to see my 15-year old Brazilian granddaughter for the first time. When the hotel Bell Captain Eduardo, learned about my trip’s purpose he informed the General Manager Mr Zimmer and the rest of the hotel staff. Unbeknownst to me, Caroline and the Hilton IT staff researched our family history online and created a family photo history (and a video)that they then attached to helium-filled balloons that greeted my granddaughter and her family upon arrival.

Throughout our stay everyone of the staff treated us with the utmost in hospitality and with unparalleled warmth and kindness.

The Hilton Hotel chain is known as a well-run organization. This particular hotel stands as their outstanding example!
