All of the guestrooms and suites feature king or queen beds and a microwave and mini-fridge. Cribs, rollaway beds and connecting rooms are available upon request.
The guestrooms feature one king or two queen beds, a mini-frdige, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker, along with a flat-screen television with HBO. The bathroom features a shower/tub combination.
The spacious junior suites feature a separate and large living room area with a sleeper sofa and either one king or two queen beds in the bedroom area. There is a mini-fridge, microwave and Keruig coffeemaker and two flat-screen televisions. The suites can easily accommodate a family of five or more.
The large executive suite features two sleeper sofas in the large living room area that has a half bathroom and a conference table that can seat eight people. The bedroom area can be closed off and there is a full bathroom that features a whirlpool tub and a standup shower. The kitchen area also features a counter with bar stools and a large refrigerator.

When other hotels in Baton Rouge were charging ridiculous prices for the experience of attending a beloved LSU game, this amazing hotel in Lafayette, LA stayed true to their customers and kept the prices affordable for a great experience. After a day of exploring the town, the indoor pool is a perfect place for the kids to continue the fun, no matter the weather outside. The pool ranges in depth from 3 to 5 feet and pool towels are provided. The adults can relax on the surrounding lounge chairs or tables and there is an outdoor patio area just outside the pool with even more tables and chairs to enjoy on a sunny day. The pool is open from about 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The onsite restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as room service. Kids under 4 years old eat free. The chef has been cooking at the hotel for more than 11 years, so you know the food is good! Breakfast is cooked-to-order and items like omelets and waffles are available from 6 to 10 a.m. Lunch is available Monday through Friday, while dinner and in-room dining is available seven days a week. A children's menu and high chairs are available.

The Art of Smart Timing
Mardi Gras season is typically the peak season here, as Lafayette is family-friendly in its celebrations. Many Mardi Gras parades also march down the street directly in front of the hotel -- the kids will love it. Football season can also be a busier time, because of the promixity to the Univeristy of Louisiana Lafayette stadium. The summer months are typically a bit quieter and may be an ideal time for families to visit, as the rates are often lower in the summer months.
Lafayette Regional Airport is about 10 minutes from the hotel. Baton Rouge Metroppolitan Airport is located about one hour away from the hotel and the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is located about two hours away.
A vehicle is needed to explore much of Lafayette, but families can easily walk to the Cajundome or University of Louisiana Lafayette, which are directly across the street from the hotel.

Lafayette is typically more family-friendly in its Mardi Gras celebrations, but the Cajunedome across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn hosts a ball each year that the adults will love.
A small, but full-service bar area is located in the restaurant. It's a perfect spot for parents to enjoy a nightcap.
