Overview

This is primarily a business/conference hotel in Trinidad, but families will love the pool and the many open spaces on the 25 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Look for the tree planted in honor of Nelson Mandela. All rooms have private balconies and everyone enjoys 24-hour room service. Located outside of the congestion of downtown Port of Spain, this hotel provides easy access to the rest of the island.

Fabulous Stay!

by happymomhappywife

This was our third time here in the past two years. We usually spend two nights here, but this time it was only for one night. We were upgraded to the executive floor and had access to the executive lounge, which was lovely. The staff were all wonderfu, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are clean and we couldn't have asked for more. The beds are comfortable, although I personally prefer mattresses that are slightly firmer. My only suggestion: the pillows have lost their bounce and need to be replaced. This seems to be the case in every single Hilton that we have been staying at. The breakfasts was superb. The dinner was wonderful also.

Horrible Service

by Anthony G

This hotel's service is below acceptable especially for the price. I stayed at your hotel last weekend it was my first time your hotel and quite disappointing a stay it was, i reserved two executive rooms requesting them to be adjoined (they were not) within this same conversation I requested a late check out to which the girl I spoke with said late checks will be determined on the day by front desk I said no problem she did say she will put the request on the system. When I arrived to check in I was greeted with a form or some agreement that said something about not having parties in the room (first hotel in the world this ever happened to me and I am very traveled), then another security deposit for any damages, scratches or dents to furniture. It made me wonder for my safety who does this hotel attract for customers? On the day of check out the front desk clerk informed me that late check outs are an additional cost when I asked why I'm I now being informed of this she shrugged her shoulders. I strongly recommend persons looking for a hotel with high standards customer service never stay at this hotel.
