Okay stay. Noise levels from adjacent rooms a huge issue.

The rooms are big, and the hotel has fantastic firm mattresses.

The reception staff are friendly.

The shuttle service is okay. The drivers expect a tip after every trip. A bit irritating. The shuttle bus to and from the Aria arrived between 15 to 20 min past the hour, in the bus parking area that is undergroubd - very hot, and intoxicating.

My room was very noisy on the ground floor. I struggled to sleep 4 or the 5 nights of my stay. Make sure you get a room on a higher floor.

The cleaning of my room was done at weird times and sporadically. I arrived back betweeen 2 -5 pm and the room was not serviced on most days.

The gym is sufficient for a quick workout.

The breakfast was basic. The coffee was great.

Not my first choice for longer than a nights stay.

Great hotel with courteous staff!!

My boyfriend and I had an unfortunate situation happen to us where we came home from a long day of work and found our water heater to be leaking. We were told by the water heater company that it was uncertain how long it was going to take for someone to come out and look at it. So rather than braving the cold running water and the uncertain time frame we had, we chose to stay at the Holiday Inn until our water heater was fixed. The location of this hotel was ideal for us because it was right off the 215 and close to my work and our house if in case we needed to get back home quickly. We came into the hotel that same night to see if they were able to book us a room last minute. The gentleman working that night was very nice and accommodating. He was able to book us a reasonably priced room with a kingsize bed. We told him that we weren’t sure how many nights we should reserve the room. He said it would be ok if we end up shortening our stay as long as we check out before 11 am so that we don’t get hit with a penalty fee (and I do have to say they honored and kept their word because we initially booked the room for 3 nights and only stayed for 2 nights with no penalty fee).

We found our room to be spacious and clean. It was nice with modern decor. We loved that there was a built-in bench where you can put your suitcases on rather than leave it on a chair or even the floor. The room has a microwave, mini fridge, sitting area, working desk, and a flat screen tv. My boyfriend also gave his stamp of approval when he saw the room had plenty of electrical outlets. Perks of this hotel include free WiFi, no resort fee, gym, pool, free parking, and a complementary breakfast offered every morning. What really impressed us the most though was when my boyfriend saw a shady guy sleeping in his car at the hotel parking lot the first night we stayed here. My boyfriend told the guy at the front desk and he was diligent and firm to tell the guy to leave or he’ll call the police.

Although it was an “unplanned staycation” for us, we had a good stay overall. The staff were extremely friendly and always welcomed us the second we walked through the door.
