This North Shore Mountains Holiday Inn is just 11 miles from Vancouver International Airport and near Cypress Mountain for skiing and snowboarding. Kids 12 and younger enjoy free meals and stay free in their parents’ room, as well as an indoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi. Onsite dining is available at Pantry Restaurant for breakfast through dinner, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., as well as Seymour’s Pub, open to families from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., although the pub stays open until 1 a.m. for 18 and older. All rooms feature a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and flat-screen TV, with suites also featuring a kitchenette and sleeper sofa in the living space. Cribs and rollaway beds are available, as are connecting rooms and suites. Room offer queen or king beds. Onsite guest laundry services are also available.

Nice hotel

A very nice older but beautiful hotel.Our check in male clerk was ,not very welcoming.Once we got in the rooms was nice ...comfy beds...I would want the property to make sure that the staff are well versed on hospitality...as it can make or break a really nice holiday.
I have stayed at many Holiday Inns so I would say the front desk reception was not up to par for hospitality

Welcoming

Clean and specious rooms. Friendly front desk staff and were happy to accommodate an early check-in to fit my schedule. Hotel and grounds very well maintained. Close to Capilano University, even walking distance.
