Reviews

Service and location were stellar!

by BettySulz

My family and I have stayed in five star accommodations (love the Westin in Berlin!) but the Holiday Inn Munich City Center far exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal for our primary visit there - the Deutsches Museum (five minute walk away). On top of that, the subway was literally steps away from the hotel itself to go downtown or anywhere else your heart desires. The breakfast was beyond amazing catering to all tastes from eggs made every which way as well as all types of vegetables, fruit, cereal, bread and jams, and everything meat related it seemed. The only thing that would have been nice to have is a fridge to store leftovers from dinner when we went out. Other than that, everything was fantastic including the front desk staff and breakfast staff who were so kind and helpful in every request made. Highly recommend!

Nice location. Easy to metro stations. Quick trip from airport.

We enjoyed this location. There's a tunnel from the Rosenheimer Platz train station to the hotel which is nice. It's our 4th country on our European adventure and the receptionist was really friendly and spoke English with us. The bed is comfortable and the chilly night air flowing through the windows felt great. People complain about the view, how long are you staring out your window anyway? Go outside and explore and see the city. There's plenty to walk to for you to see and eat around this area.
