Its okay.

by TacomaTRD

I called the hotel to make a change on my reservation and the girl on the phone was very unfriendly and it seemed she was aggravated. When I checked in the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated but clean. My room was clean but I found the toilet to be stopped up. I reported it and they sent a person up to take care of it. The bed was comfortable and I was able to rest. The “Grill” restaurant was very good. The breakfast buffet was tasty with a lot of choices. Lunch was good (I had the Alfredo Pasta). One night I had the Salmon, steamed broccoli and a dinner salad. The prices were a bit high but not bad and I didn’t have to get into San Antonio traffic to eat. The parking was easy and lots of handicap spots on you need one. Over it was good. I would recommend this hotel.

Great customer service!

My mother, sister and I went here for the weekend. We were a little disappointed there was no breakfast included. However, it didn't make a difference with the customer service they provided. The main staff member that was absolutely amazing was Tania in the restaurant where when we ate breakfast. She really cares about each and every individual that comes through the door. It was great! And when I told her supervidor, Kathy, she told me about reviewing her here. Kathy was also very helpful, and courteous. The check in staff was fabulous, and the cleaning lady was very sweet. I can't say enough about it. It made our short trip very nice.
