Amazing Service, Great Accommodations!

by Theresa S

The first time at the Holiday Inn on Pembina was fantastic. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Exceptional service! The room was great with a wonderful view of the city and the new football stadium, so many trees.

The beds are super comfy and the pillow choice perfect! Lots of room in the rooms, too. The coffee in the lobby and newspapers are a great touch. The location was central to everywhere we needed to go.

Can't say enough about the staff, all the staff, each and every one. Cheerful, accommodating, friendly and beyond helpful. This is our new favourite hotel in the City of Winnipeg!

You can't go wrong with Holiday inn

This was just an overnight stop on our way east, so all I was expecting was a clean, well appointed room, and a nice pool for the boys to enjoy. I got all that. In fact, the hole looked brand new. What was unfortunate was the food. We were hungry when we got to the hotel so we ate at the hole restaurant. It was rather last, so it wasn't crowded, but it was noisy with loud music and cold from too much AC. All that aside, what really ruined the dining experience was the poor quality and flavor of the food. The food was cold, bland, and my wife couldn't even eat hers. The hotel was nice, but Id skip the restaurant.
