A very expensive stay

by coryo552

I paid over $500 for staying here for 2 nights plus $48 for parking. Then the staff questioned me when I need 2 more pillows and 1 blanket. I had to explain it was for my daughter who has medical needs to keep her elevated to sleep. They brought us 2 blanket and 1 pillow.
Keys never worked. Got stuck in the elevator several times

Great hotel close to the harbor.

This has been the hotel of choice for our Inner Harbor trips. You have your pick of two hotels in the same building. We have been using the longer stay rooms because of the room size and FREE buffet style breakfasts. It only takes minutes to walk to the harbor attractions. We used valet parking a few times, but the service sometimes seems overwhelmed in the morning when you are checking out, as it was when we checked out on Sunday. Space out front is very limited for the amount of cars that are pulling in. Garage parking is available, entry on South Exeter St., with elevator access directly to the lobby. You can save about $15 a night plus (+ no tip for valet) to use the garage, which will be our choice from now on. Service has never been in issue during our 4+ stays.
