My husband and I took our 5 and 2 year old for a day at the Inner Harbor and visited the National Aquarium. This hotel's location was perfect because it was right beside the aquarium, many restaurants, and had a little playground/park right across the street. There was also a soft serve ice cream/milkshake truck parked right outside, which of course, the kids loved. We got there about 10 minutes before check-in hoping our room might be ready a few minutes early because our two year old fell asleep in my husband's arms on the walk from the aquarium. It was not quite ready but they offered us snacks and beverages and had several couches available to wait on in the large, open lobby. The man at the front desk was extremely apologetic and made sure our room was ready within 5 minutes of us arriving. The playground across the street was great for our evening walk and a toddler who rises early and is ready to go! My husband walked him over and got some early morning energy out before we hit the road to go home. It was a great stay overall.

Room was a very good size. We had a harbor view which was wonderful. Front desk staff were very accommodating. We had lunch at McCormicks, great food. We had dinner at Ruth’s Chris which was very good and had some problems but were rectified right away by manager. Would definitely stay again.
