Great hotel

The hotel is perfectly located next to everything. Rooms were Very clean and spacious. The staff was so nice. The complimentary breakfast was actually surprisingly good . It had everything, and was tasty.

Dear Hotel Management,

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Sophie, for the excellent service, she provided me this weekend. . Sophie went above and beyond to assist my husband and I after our car would'nt start after checkout.

I have always been pleased with the service I receive at Hilton. However, Sophie's professionalism and ability to go above and beyond quickly exceeded my expectations, especially when she personally called a mechanic to come assist us (we couldnt speak french), and within the hour he was there to help us out..

Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to stay again at Homewood suites next family vacation.
