Paradise for small children and great for adults as well

Traveling w/ wife and our 15 month old daughter. Top notch service. Not too spacious room but exceptionally clean. Great food, great pools. The whole place is taken care of extremely well, including the animals. Staff is undoubtedly the best thing about the hotel, they will try to meet guests' needs in every way they can.

Overated and no flexibility

The hotel is located at 500m from a military base, helicopters are flying low altitude over the hotel all day long and sometimes at night.
Familly hotel with lots of children, lunches and diners are noisy there are kids crying all the time.
The hotel is rated 4 times any other hotel in Taubaté, this is overated.
I was there for a business trip and I had to cancel the last night, the management of the hotel charged me the canceled night although the hotel was far from being full. I'd never seen that within 15 years of business trips all around the globe.
The staff was very nice and pleasant.
