Disappointed

Our tour company set up our late night arrival at this hotel and picked us up the next morning to escort us to lodge. Our room was in need of paint, maintenance and general TLC. The lock on door didn't work and we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs as there is no elevator. The room was loud and the two towels provided were threadbare. The morning staff were much better and actually offered to help with our luggage, even though I had already carried it most of the way down. The breakfast was simple, but good. We would not recommend this hotel, and would never stay there again.

Terrible

1 Star for this "Hotel" is way too much!! Very dirty!! The rooms are ugly as hell and not like in the pictures. The food is tasteless and way overpriced. When we ate at the restaurant we saw many sick streetdogs and a rotweiler almost bit my baby. It seems they are racists with very little atention to detail.
