This is my first day at Rui palace... The grounds are nice, the service is good but it is a whole different story when you need to go for dinner! I went to tree restaurants at 630, 10 minutes after they opened and the first two restaurants told me that it was full for the night and we wouldn't be able to get a seat, the third put me on a wait list...keep in mind you can't reserve where you eat... I have never experienced this at a resort, I am very disappointed
No where to eat, we read the reviews came early before they opened, they apologized when we got to the door and said they are over capicity Monday 615pm this happened for 2 restaurants, and when we got to the buffet 15minutes later, there's a waiting list to get in, I'm sorry but I've actually never seen this at any resort ever before literally ever, the restaurant doesn't take reservations, it's on a first come first serve basis, I really wouldn't waste your time coming here. It's just not worth it? Everything else is mediocre at best, but they charge premium prices, a couples massage is 471usd for instance
