Overall good hotel -but bring your own pillow

We chose this hotel bc they provided valet parking. We thought the hotel itself was very clean. We did not eat at their continental breakfast they offered but it looked amazing. They had a lot of things to choose from and the hot food looked good.

Great location.

Only issues we had was the pillows. They were extremely hard. I would stay here again but I would need to bring my own pillows.

The room was perfect for what we needed. The bed itself was comfortable. The bathroom was actually pretty big for a NYC hotel.

A DUMP

If you are looking to stay at a Hyatt with their normal standards, don't stay here. My business associate and I kept asking each other, does this meet the Hyatt standards.....we both said no! The place is a dump and I will never stay here again. Located in a lousy neighborhood. All around disappointing hotel. The staff were nice and they have nothing to do with the sub-standard hotel.
