I had never experienced a Booking where I cancelled way in advance and still charged for it without a notice or anything saying that it’s none refundable. This will be my last booking with you guys. No where throughout Booking.com did it say it was non refundable. Pisssed

I have been staying at this hotel for at least ten years, since it was a Somerville Suites and never before have I been charged for parking. I thought it was because of the number of stays over the years or my Hyatt Gold Passport Explorist membership. When I checked out the hotel was unable to print a receipt but after I received my copy via email I noticed the parking charge. I called the hotel to ask why, but the person who answered didn´t know and promised someone would call back. I´m still waiting for a call or email. I´m really surprised you would charge for parking now with a new Hilton Home2 next door that offers free parking and lower rates...
