We stayed there for a hockey tournament over the weekend. The rooms were a great size and clean.
Our hockey team consisted of approximately fifteen 10 year olds as well as a bunch of siblings. Naturally, when booking a hockey team full of little kids, you should expect some noise. There were noise complaints and the hotel staff did not seem too pleased with us. There was also another guest, an older gentleman, that would constantly swear at the kids and tell them to get the hell out etc. The front desk was also not too friendly, which may have been because they were annoyed with us. It would have been nice and probably a good idea to book the entire hockey team on one floor without other guests for that weekend. That would have avoided any noise complaints. However, they had some of us on one floor and others on the floor above. It also would have been a good idea if they had provided one of their meeting rooms for these children to play in. They told us it would be $80 to book the room. This was not our first away tournament and we have never been charged when we were using the meeting rooms for the kids to run around in. Would they not have preferred not to upset other guests because there were 15+ kids that wanted to play together?!
Also, a couple of the kids cut their feet in the hot tub due to some sharp object protruding from the floor.

My suggestion to the hotel is not to host a young hockey team again if they cannot accommodate them and if they do not want any noise.

The 3 i am rating them is only because the rooms were nice and clean.

Always a great stay and amazing breakfast. My son remembered the hotel from our last stay and requested we stay again. Always clean, a great area and lots of different stores in the area around the hotel. Starbucks is just down the street. Your hotel staff is great. We cannot wait to come back.
