Construction noise continues until 8 pm so if you get back from work early, find another place to relax. Or ask make sure to ask for a room at the other end of the building. I would have expect them to offer that during check out for Hyatt member
I travel every week to the SanAntonio area... I appreciate great customer service. There are many hotel options in the area. The main reason I stay at the Stone Oak Hyatt Place is because of the awesome service of Mytzue (night manager), and her staff, Stephan & Camille.
