Where can I start, we came across this as a late book after we lost our holiday through a travel company goin bust. It was the best find ever, everything about this hotel is amazing. The location is superb - situated right on the beach, small town nearby. There are 5 pools in the complex 2 are childrens ones, the food is unbelievable, everything u can ever imagine,even a chocolate fountain at breakfast time. The range of food was unbelievable,drinks are all branded and always available, never been to an all-inclusive like it. The staff are all very hard working, nothing is too much trouble, all very smart, polite and friendly. The entertainment staff were amazing, we were lucky enough to stay for Halloween, the staff were all dressed up , costumes were brilliant , got some wonderful photos. Rooms spotless, cleaned every single day with fresh bedding and towels plus 2 complimentary bottles of water. We literally wanted for nothing. Sunbeds were always a plenty, we even had opportunity of having one of the four poster beds. Have never been to anywhere like it before and will definitely go back again, 1 week is not enough.

Arrived around 22:00hrs after long transfer from airport, lovely spacious reception area, we were greeted with a smile, a glass of bubbly and a tray of canapes, very quick check in and full information about hotel and that a meal was ready in the dining area up untill 23:00, Our room very nice large comfortable bed, great shower, lots of space, lovely view side sea and mountains, fresh towels every day [ pool towels 4 times a week] and bottles of water replenished every day, Prefect location very close to beach and lovely walk into Morro Jable, Dining room for breakfast and dinner, large and spacious ample space around tables [it does get busy at peak times] Food very good, lots of choice the puds were tooooo good and the drinks are mostly help yourself amazing choices, the pool bar for lunch and snacks excellent food, big choice of drinks and good coffee, it was very nice to have no smoking seating area to enjoy it. Pool area very clean nice sunbeds, great umbrellas pools good size with a large childrens area, the hotel is spotlessly clean the staff work very hard to maintain this, thankyou, all the staff areamazing and a special thankyou to Aleen at reception [ hope i've got your name right] the entertainment team excellent and great shows at night, this is a very well run hotel, great holiday Thankyou.
