Expected more

The view was fantastic as we were on a high floor and overlooked the harbour and sea. The room was very spacious however it was tired and the bed was hard. The cleaning was substandard. After the cleaner had been the shower smelled of a dirty cloth. They did not wash the dishes. Our family were staying somewhere else so we used their pool as we did not like the pool at the llikai. There was no complimentary water. The receptionist who checked us in and out, same person, was very efficient and pleasant. Great location and great views but would not stay there again.

Rude front desk associate and outdated facilities

by HL11111

The front desk guy "Ron" trying to trick me with the city view room. I clearly said I paid for a partial ocean view room. What's more, he told me since you only stay here for one night and I guess you don't have time to go to the beach, so I don't need to give you a beach towel card. YOU DON'T TELL YOUR GUEST WHAT THEY SHOULD DO. You just offer whatever the guest paid for which all the service included in the resort fee. The furniture and carpet have been worn out and everything is so outdated. Avoid this place by all your means
