Overview

This vacation property is located in the northern Honduras town of Tela, a burgeoning tourism locale that’s becoming known as a popular place for an inexpensive Caribbean vacation. In addition to the area’s beautiful beaches, other area highlights for vacationing families include two nearby national parks and visits to local Garifuna villages. The hotel fronts a beautiful beach and has a nice pool, in addition to other amenities families love such as an onsite playground and childcare center. Cribs and highchairs are at the ready, on request.

The 60 rooms are all junior suites, with a king or two queen beds, and are set within 15 buildings spread across the property. The golfers in your bunch will appreciate the resort’s 18-hole championship course–the first to open in Honduras.

Bazul Restaurant - Fantastic

by PlayaSiempre

Disclaimer: I did not stay here. I had already booked a hotel in Tela and my friend told me about this place. If I knew about it, I would have stayed. I was given a tour and was shown one of the rooms, as well as the gym and spa. Yes, you need to go through security, but you can dine here without being a guest. I've traveled throughout the world and have dined at fancy restaurants where the portions are small and the taste mediocre, but do yourself a favor and give this a try. For less than a hundred dollars, my friend and I enjoyed a bottle of wine, two cocktails, an appetizer, and two entrees, and dessert. My friend had the beef medallions in a goat cheese sauce and I had the absolutely incredible machuca and the homemade cinnamon (canela) ice cream and I've been dreaming about both ever since. The chef came out and introduced himself and it was the most wonderful experience. Waiters were attentive and everything was delectable. A must try.

Amazing service & location

Indura is my favorite spot! I always get a five star experience. The only thing you need to keep an eye on are the mosquitoes. The food is amazing, the beach, the pools and the golf course is the perfect spot to relax, play or take amazing pictures with all the beautiful views.
