BLOOD stains on the bed sheets/pillows, random hairs on the pillow, white stains on the chair and couch, stains all over the floor, light fixture in the bathroom was uncovered and had bugs flying out of it, and the pipe under the sink was leaking all over the carpet so had to walk across a soaked floor anytime to use the restroom. If you are considering staying here, just sleep in your car
Upon check in our room was missing, hand towels, wash cloths, floor mat, cups and bath may. Room was missing a "Do Not Disturb Sign" and the emergency exit sign. V. Upon check in the front desk said the outside hot tub was in working order, sadly, this was not the case.
The day we were to check out, we asked for an extra 1/2 hour to check out and about 11:15am. knock on the door, it was housekeeping. I explained that check out was noon and we had an extra 1/2 hour. Housekeeping said they would come back and so they did, at noon and again at 12:17, by that time I was unhappy and called down to the front desk to complain. The girl working the front desk said she would notify housekeeping. I just don't understand why that wasn't already down.
Couple more issues with my stay, breakfast was ok, however, by the area where you get breakfast juice, I saw a woman almost trip and fall because the floor was missing a piece of molding.
This hotel has a No Pet policy and the room across, someone had a very small dog tied to the outside railing on the upper floor. I called down to the front desk because the poor dog was crying. Lots of hotel staff around and apparently nothing was reported until I called.
