A great place

We were there in late May for a wedding held at the hotel across the street. This is a terrific B&B. The building and decor are charming and in good shape. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. The small room was our choice and there are larger rooms available. Bruce and Tina are great hosts with interesting stories who love to chat with guests. That's a plus if you like that, which we do. The breakfasts are very good. While there is a set breakfast menu each day, Tina is flexible to satisfy dietary needs. Coffee is out at 7 AM. We did not try the dinner since we were at a wedding. Impressive that Bruce and Tina do everything without help. And they do it without missing a beat for the two nights we were there. Really no downside except for the cookie jar in the hallway which is hard to ignore :-)

Back again and as excellent as ever.

We loved our first visit to the Inn at Water's Edge six years ago (maybe longer?). We returned this February and discovered it's still wonderful. In between, we have stayed on the Mountain to be "close to the slopes" but decided after this time, the short drive to the Inn was well worth staying a place with such charm and comfort. And another bonus is being able to have a truly wonderful dinner right there after a full day of skiing. As hosts, Bruce and Tina made us feel like we were returning to visit old friends ... which made us remember that we had felt like old friends from the first!

Would love to give the Inn at try in the summer to enjoy the proximity to the lake.
