They were very considerate and observant. They helped me a lot to organise various programmes. Also they have a driver, who could take you where you want to go. They prepaered a birthdaycake for one of our friends as a gift from the Hotel. It meant a lot of me. Thank you for everything! I hope I could go back as soon as possible.

So we booked the hotel under my account (solely with my email, information, & passport). However, as an immigration regulation, my partner had to give the hotel his passport as well.
And we‘ve only found out just now (a couple weeks later) that a few of the employees were looking up my partner on LinkedIn. We figured they most probably googled his full name (which they obtained from the passport).
Aside of awkwardness, we also found this as very unprofessional and a breach of data privacy.

Other than that, we stayed here for 5 nights; the hotel‘s facility itself was moderate. Cleanliness was good. I think the location itself was really nice, close to the beach.
I suggest to not order foods there or from room service. However, other guests were mostly very loud.
I guess if you’re looking for a budget stay in Nusa Dua and have no problem about some privacy intrusions and loud guests, it‘s value for money.
