We were very pleased with our stay at the Iroquois. As some has stated, the rooms are small but that's fine with us. The staff was EXCELLENT! Anna was extremely helpful during our stay. We, and our friends, highly recommend the Iroquois. Great little find in the theater district!
Enjoyed our stay, staff were very friendly and efficent. Lovely hotel.
As Hotel is under renovation there were no tea/coffee making facilities, bar available. Booked directly through the hotel reservations and was quoted a price including all taxes but was charged a different price on arrival (almost $300 more than quoted), very dissappointed with this. It was a special occasion for us but unfortunately this put a damper on it. As renovations were ongoing and some facilities were not available we should have been charged less, not more. Otherwise a nice hotel.
