We’ll be the first to admit that Isaiah Jones Homestead Bed & Breakfast isn’t the most welcoming place for a family. If you decide to stay here with your family while vacationing on the Cape, we recommend doing so with no one younger than a teenager.
That said, this 7-room bed and breakfast is the quintessential example of a classic New England bed and breakfast. Each room includes elegant, beautiful furnishings and no less than a queen bed. Rooms come with luxurious linens, robes, private baths, and fireplaces. The suites also come with a full pull-out sofa that can accommodate two additional guests (up to four people), and include additional whirlpool baths en suite. All rooms have central air conditioning, and complimentary wireless Internet is accessible throughout the property.
Guests absolutely rave about this B&B’s three-course gourmet breakfast, prepared every morning by Katherine, one of the owners. Breakfast includes fresh fruit, delicious pancakes and pastries, and a variety of other delectable items.

I’ve been coming here on and off for the past 4 years. The rooms are beautiful with modern comforts of WiFi, usb plugs and creature comforts of comfortable bed/pillows, a fireplace, spa tub. The outstanding meals Katherine cooks up could easily be featured in any 5 star restaurant. Sandwich has definitely become a home away from home (even better than home as I get pampered every time I stay at the Isaiah Jones!)
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening in this delightful well organised accommodation. A very comfortable bedroom, spacious lounge areas (with a sherry or port treat in the evening) and a very friendly genuine owner who brings lots of lovely touches to your stay. Tasty breakfasts. Perfect location.
