Visit at the dead see

by Lalelu_Berlin

In all our stays in this trip we haven’t had such an uninterested and unfriendly staff. Off course as always there are luckily exemptions! The hotel could need some renovation. The food is ok, but based on the needs of mass tourism. Positive is the location just across the street is the dead see.

I would not stay here again

We got to the hotel and we very pleasantly surprised by everything. The lobby is nice, the hotel room was a bit dated but very clean. We had treatments at the spa shortly after checking in. The treatments were great and then the spa facilities (which are free to hotel guests) were really great. The indoor heated pool where you get to experience the floaty part of the Dead Sea, but get to skip the sand and beach was exactly what we wanted. Then dinner was delicious!

But. And this is a big but. What is the primary purpose of a hotel? To sleep. Not a single one of us slept all night. The air conditioner was set on some timer or something so it kept turning off every few minutes. Then it would take 10 minutes to turn back on. In those ten minutes the room got so hot that we all kept waking up. This did not seem to be happening when we were in the room watching TV in the evening. It was only after we went to sleep. I would not stay here again unless the air conditioner situation were changed.
