i don't recommend this hotel for the following:

air conditioning is not cold
food area is very hot and cant enjoy your food
the room smells bad, every time i use the shower
the laundary serves lost my clothing

Great hotel, but buried in Seminyak

We were booked into the hotel by our tour package, and found that while the hotel and staff were great, the location is inconvenient. Traffic is miserable. In going to and from by taxi, we saw some of the rumored shops/glamor of Seminyak, but we found nothing within walking radius. The location and congestion could have added a half hour to each airport connection or tour.
