The Kanuhura also provides books, DVDs, board games, and puzzle to keep tiny travelers occupied. Family Villas can accommodate as many as eight guests and are situated directly on the beach. Every guestroom features a private splash pool, flat screen televisions, mosquito netting, refrigerator, and iPod docking station. Five restaurants serve an endless array of local and international specialties, and guests can also catch their own meal on a deep sea fishing excursion.

Simply perfect honeymoon. Beautiful place. Always thoughtful without being on our face. Maitre from buffet knew our name on first night (we didn't say room number)!. Always ensuring we had good experiences.
Great food and attention to detail.
Would love to go back someday!
We have just enjoyed the most wonderful holiday at Kanuhura. It was perfect in every way and I can’t wait to return. I would like to pass on a huge thankyou to Clency and his team who worked so hard to ensure we felt so welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. Adam was our Villa host who did a fantastic job. Keeping us informed of all activities available, reminding us of any dining reservations we had made and catering for any request. Adam was friendly, fun and an absolute credit to the resort.
The food was exceptional, in particular the breakfast buffet which had every option imaginable. The coconut yoghurt was amazing and I can’t remember having a better omlette. The team in the Cowry Club were excellent and looked after us all whether we were just having a drink, lunch or relaxing on the beach. Seafood samosas and the Mojitos are to be recommended. I would like to thank everyone for the massive efforts made for the Halloween party which our kids said was better than the Halloween party in Disney world last year… I would have to agree. Also the efforts made so that we could watch the Rugby World Cup final were greatly appreciated.
We ate mostly in Bottega and Veli in the evenings and found the menus extensive enough for our 12 night stay. The food in both was very good although service in Veli a little slow when it was busy. The location of Veli on the beach was wonderful, dining under the stars whilst the kids were entertained racing hermit crabs.
Iru bar is a little gem which was always a great place for a quite drink and benefitted from the most amazing sunsets. The Cosmopolitans slipped down very easily.
Our son and daughter absolutely loved the bikes they were given to use for the whole trip as did my wife and I. The children felt so independent being able to cycle around the island by themselves and pop in and out of kids club. My daughter in particular loved kids club with the arts and crafts as well as making cupcakes, pizza and making lots of new friends. My son loved the snorkelling and diving and was able to do a bubble maker course. He is desperate now to be old enough to be able to dive a little deeper.
My wife and I both enjoyed the diving which is run by Wolle and his team (thanks guys). The whole setup is extremely professional and I experienced some of the best diving. The snorkelling trips were amazing as well and the whole family were lucky enough to see, turtles, moray eels, rays, sharks and a stunning selection of reef fish.
The room (beach villa with pool) was perfect and the semi outdoor bathroom was a great touch.
I would like to extend our thanks to all of the staff all of whom who went out of their way to make our holiday so special.
It is not a question of whether we will be back but when.
